Working Principle

The materials fall into the impeller from the head of the machine and with the function of high-speed centrifugal force, they strongly hit against and highly grind the other parts of the materials bypass flowing around the impeller in an umbrella form. After mutual impaction and between the impeller and the machine shell, the materials will move like a vortex and will be impacted, rubbed and pulverized many times. Then they will come to the required fineness controlled by screening equipment, and discharge from the bottom of the machine.

Working Principle

In the grinding mill, Air is driven into the undersurface of the grinding ring and flows upward, carrying fines to the classifying section. The classifier allowed the pulverized material to pass and the oversized particles are drove back to the grinding chamber for further processing. The whole mill operates under negative pressure conditions, which can maximize the service life of span>major mechanica components. Operating Principle

Through the triangle belt, the flywheel is driven by the motor. Then the flywheel drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw plate do reciprocating motion. Materials will be crushed when the movable jaw plate move towards to the fixed jaw plate. End products will be discharged through the discharging opening when the movable jaw plate move backwards.

B Series Deep Rotor VSI Crusher is a new generation and high effective product which introduces German technology, and owns many independent patent properties. It integrates three crushing methods into one. All of these made it the core equipment in sand making industries. It is widely used in a variety of metallic and non-metallic minerals, cement, refractories, abrasives, glass raw materials, construction aggregate, sand, metallurgical and other industries.
